Remuneration: $38.35 - $55.42 per hour

What you'll be doing
Westmead Breast Cancer Institute as a Radiographer, where you'll apply expertise in breast imaging to enhance patient care.
- Perform high-quality diagnostic and screening mammography.
- Follow Breast Imaging National Standards and WSLHD guidelines.
- Ensure accurate mammography and patient data management.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes.
- Help achieve WSLHD and BreastScreen Australia goals.
- Uphold health and safety standards, report risks as needed.

Essential Criteria:
- License: NSW EPA Radiation Licence IA14
- Qualification: Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science – Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
- Registration: Registered with Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA).
Selection Criteria:
- High level customer service skills and Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail and Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative
- Highly developed communication with working in a multidisciplinary team and other health professionals
- Demonstrated skill in the analysis of complex issues and problem solving, Understanding of the management of patient complaints and patient privacy
- Experience in mammography with knowledge of quality assurance would be desirable. Maintaining high quality imaging, performing over 50% of Perfect and Good imaging, keep below the Repeat Rate (2%) and Technical Recall Rate of all imaging.
- Ability to assist in training others (give orientation and be able to supervise when required)
- Working towards completing Certificate of Clinical Proficiency in Mammography certificate or willing to obtain within 12 months of starting
