About the Role
The Charles Perkins Centre is a large multidisciplinary initiative committed to easing the burden of chronic disease. Our biologically inspired complex systems approach brings together leading researchers and practitioners from across the disciplines in unexpected research collaborations to find new solutions to combat chronic diseases.
  
Reporting to and working closely with the Digital Stream Manager, alongside the team leads at InsideOut, this role provides advanced digital administrative, security and project support services to enable the InsideOut Digital Stream to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable, and efficient manner.
  
The role is responsible for ensuring that all digital assets are compliant with relevant Local Health District, NSW Health, and national standards; meet all requirements for insurance and; follow security best practice. The position will lead regular audits to ensure standards are upheld and ensure that digital assets are credentialled and that digital safety and security protocols are in place.

Ideal Candidate
  • Qualifications in project management/digital development and/or experience in working with digital project development or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in standards compliance, including identifying relevant standards, leading compliance activities, documenting decisions, and maintaining accurate compliance records.
  • Demonstrated ability to write complex documentation including reports, security protocols, process documentation, and correspondence, with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in ensuring appropriate credentialing of digital assets, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of credentialing status.
