NSW Health has established a Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) which will provide a secure, holistic and integrated view of the care a patient receives across the NSW Health system.
The SDPR program will transform how people experience and deliver care across the state, providing benefits for the people of NSW and the NSW Health workforce regardless of their location and role.
It will bring the state healthcare system together, unifying access to patient clinical information in one view. This will help to provide connected, transparent and safe care for any person at any public healthcare setting statewide. All NSW Health care teams and clinicians, no matter where they work, will securely access the same information about a patient in real time from one source.

About the Role
The Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA) has been established to coordinate the implementation of the SDPR across NSW Health.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to work within the SDPRIA, Training and Change Team.
Reporting into Associate Director you will be responsible for leading and managing a state-wide digital health record solution, ensuring the delivery of workstream tasks throughout the SDPR program lifecycle. The role is responsible for leading, guiding and managing the risk, quality and progress of large to complex and/or large projects for the SDPR, ensuring programs are completed on time, to quality standards, and within agreed scope. This involves engaging and collaborating with key senior stakeholders across various health organisations to align and support SDPR program objectives, maintaining effective communication, and building strong relationships. The role also includes leading project teams, tracking progress and managing risks and issues.

About you
To be successful, you will have:
- Extensive experience and a proven record of achievement in Project/Program Management, in a large complex organisation delivering large information system projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large and diverse multifunctional teams, including the ability to drive and manage performance to achieve a high performing workplace culture.
