HealthShare NSW is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Category Manager to take charge of commercial management and category negotiations with an annual spend exceeding $50M.

Targeted Questions
- Describe your experience in managing high-value procurement categories, including how you developed and implemented strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency? Include examples and details of the outcomes that resulted directly from your contribution
- Provide an example of a crisis situation that arose within a category you managed and how you responded. Include particulars of what the issue was, what you did to approach the problem, and what the result was.
- Provide an example of an occasion where you have collaborated with stakeholders across an organisation, pulling them together to achieve a common objective. What were the stakeholder dynamics and were there any competing views? If yes, what did you do to overcome this?
