About the Role
You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The Nursing Unit Manager role is responsible for the operational management and leadership of nursing/ staff to ensure the provision of high quality patient and family centred care and nursing and or midwifery excellence at unit/ward level.

Ideal Candidate
- Current unencumbered Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Extensive post registration experience in a relevant clinical area with clinical management experience in a tertiary/district health care facility.
- Proficient problem solving skills and experience in Performance Development.
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills and experience in conflict resolution.
- Experience in quality management programs.
- Computer literacy skills and competency in the use of clinical information systems.
