About the role
Northern NSW Lodal Health District is seeking a Nursing Unit Manager to lead their Hospital Avoidance team. This role is responsible for the coordination of patient services, service management and nursing staff management across the hospital avoidance services, including Hospital in the Home and the Aged Care Outreach Service. The Nursing Unit Manager is pivotal to the overall responsibility for the health care environment, standard of patient care, providing positive patient experiences and outcomes.
