Level 1/2 Social Worker

1. A Degree in Social Work from a recognised University and eligible for AASW membership.
2. Current unrestricted Class C NSW driver's license.
3. Post Graduate Social Work clinical experience demonstrating competencies in comprehensive assessment and case management of frail older clients with complex health problems and other community support needs.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of guardianship, financial management and elder abuse issues and related legislation.
5. Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of community aged care resources.
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
7. Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage a demanding caseload.
8. Demonstrated high level communication, report writing skills and computer skills.
