About the role
The Head of Clinical Informatics (as the Deputy Chief Clinical Information Officer) will be responsible for clinical leadership in the support and integration of digital health technologies.
In this role you’ll provide clinical leadership and input on informatics projects and design with users in mind, that improve training and support user engagement and be part of the clinical decision making and drive implementation of change initiatives to meet health information management needs. You’ll develop and lead digital health systems strategies to optimise existing digital health systems to support transformation of care and enhance user interface of digital health systems.
This position is responsible for ensuring clinical informatics are consistent with the goals and objectives of the clinical and strategic priorities across Far West Local Health District (FWLHD) and Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD).
