The Opportunity
We are seeking a Supervisor Patient Support Services to oversee the daily operations of Patient Support Services at Blacktown / Mt Druitt Hospital. You’ll provide leadership to ensure professional, timely service delivery that meets customer expectations, KPIs, and regulatory standards.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining high cleaning standards in patient and non-patient areas in line with infection control procedures, as well as managing linen restocking, soiled linen collection, and waste activities. You’ll also contribute to fostering a safe and healthy workplace, ensuring compliance with work health and safety standards, and supporting risk planning.
Additionally, you’ll assist in staff management, including training and induction, to ensure smooth and compliant operations across the team.
