What You'll Be Doing:

The position is responsible for providing administrative support and assisting in the daily operations of the Fleet, Carparking, and Sustainability Department, including clerical documentation, accurate and comprehensive recordkeeping, report preparation, capturing issues, and coordinating resolutions to ensure smooth coordination and efficient execution of tasks. Additionally, the role involves managing the Fleet, Carparking, and Sustainability Department computerised database, utilising excel and word processing functions, and providing an efficient, effective, and courteous service to all staff, public and service providers.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Experience in working with computer based systems, including competencies in PC applications.
  2. Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  3. High level customer service skills.
  4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with staff and service providers.
  5. Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, set priorities, and meet deadlines, accompanied by ability to handle a number of tasks concurrently with minimum supervision.
  6. Ability to work as part of a small team and independently, as required, and to use own initiatives.
  7. Basic knowledge of Motor Vehicles and Carparking functions is desirable.
  8. Class C Driver licence.
