About the Role
As the Finance Manager, you will be a key member of the Critical Care Executive Team, providing business and commercial support to ensure effective financial decision-making and performance analysis. You will work closely with clinical and operational leaders, offering financial insights that support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred critical care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and monthly performance reports.
  • Evaluate strategic proposals and provide financial insights for operational decision-making.
  • Review expenditure, travel applications, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate financial results in a way that supports business decisions and efficiency improvements.
  • Work collaboratively within a tight-knit team of finance and administrative professionals.

About You

  • You hold Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar finance or accounting role, ideally within healthcare.
  • High-level financial literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with financial management systems (Oracle experience preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data clearly.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A collaborative approach with a strong focus on teamwork and shared goals.
