What you'll be doing
This role focuses on delivering high-quality, individualised patient care within a multidisciplinary health service environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
- Assisting in assessing, planning, and evaluating care for optimal clinical outcomes.
- Ensuring care aligns with ANSCI competencies, ethical standards, and WSLHD policies.
- Communicating effectively with patients and healthcare teams for seamless service.
- Maintaining accurate patient records to support safe and holistic care delivery.

Essential Requirements
Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
- An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
