Computer Support Assistant - Grade 2 - Port Macquarie

1. Operator level knowledge of Personal Computer (PC) hardware and software installation, repair and support in a corporate environment.
2. Some experience in the installation, configuration and maintenance of peripheral computer equipment – especially printers, multi-function devices, scanners, digital cameras and data projectors.
3. Ability to patch network connections within a telecommunications closet under supervision of senior staff.
4. Well-developed customer service skills and an ability to establish positive rapport with staff at all levels. In particular, a patient and tolerant approach to customers, especially when operating under pressure.
