Community Care Aide
Hospital in the Home needs a bright sunny person to assist our patients and clinicians out in the community. This role is essential for Hospital in the Home (HITH) to maintain an efficient and patient care driven service. Lots of driving out and about as you assist the clinicians, deliver stock or pathology and maintain our stock levels and clinician packs back at base.
Employment Type: Temporary Part Time until 31 October 2025 (with possibility of ongoing employment)

Where you'll be working
Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai Hospital
What you'll be doing
Collecting and delivering pathology from homes to pathology department.
Collecting and delivering equipment.
Patient transport and assisting the clinician on the road with wound care.
Ordering and restocking, using procurement to maintain our stock levels.
Maintain cleanliness of the stores room and equipment for patient use.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

- Current NSW Drivers' license.
