Remuneration: $32.13 - $49.29 per hour

What you'll be doing
As part of the Westmead Clinical Haematology Clinical Trials Unit you will support groundbreaking research in a dynamic healthcare setting. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Providing essential administrative support for clinical trials
  • Maintaining study documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborating closely with trial sponsors and team members
  • Facilitating onsite monitoring and trial deliverables
  • Contributing to advancing clinical drug trials and research

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualification: Certificate IV in Pathology or Diploma in Laboratory Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution with subjects relevant to pathology or medical laboratory operations.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Proven proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as database software.
  2. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Proven ability to meet deadlines within a busy working environment and flexibility required with start and finish times.
  4. Ability to complete tasks efficiently and deliver outcomes as required, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently.
  6. Demonstrated excellent ability to problem solve, organise and prioritise workload.
