About the role

As a clinical nurse specialist, your role as a leader in our organisation will help us shape the future of rural health, with your advanced clinical skills and collaborative and supportive mentoring style, leading the team to achieving our goal of healthier rural people and thriving communities.

You will provide clinical leadership, advice and recommendations on all aspects of Renal nursing, clinical supervision to nursing staff and be a role model for the team, providing nursing care on a regular basis.

Open communication skills and emotional intelligence are of vital importance to this role, as we’re seeking someone to enhance our team with their positive influence and resilience.

You’ll demonstrate knowledge in applying research and evidence-based practice, with the ability to think critically, problem solve and link outcomes to the principles of continuous quality improvement in your clinical specialty field.

Innovation and continuous improvement are at the heart of all roles, and through your specialist nursing expertise, the ongoing advancement of specialist clinical practice and mentoring of health care professionals in the team., you’ll be part of shaping the future of rural health.
