Where you'll be working
This role is based at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
What you'll be doing
The aim of the position is to use a participation methodology to build:
- The capacity of individuals to deliver safe, evidenced based care, incorporating reflective practice with the aim of continual improvement.
- A patient and family focused culture that supports the NUM and staff to deliver innovative models of care and proactively manage change.
- The position contributes to the overall improvement of health service delivery.
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA and relevant post registration experience in the specialty
- Certificate IV in Education is mandatory and Masters in Education is desired
- Experience in aesthetics also required
