ABOUT THE ROLE
The Advisor, Creative Services and Brand will work within the Media and Communications team to provide a suite of end-to-end creative services for NSW Ambulance. This role is responsible for answering briefs and developing concepts, delivering designs and finished collateral, and working with external service providers to produce and deliver the final product. As brand champion for NSW Ambulance, this role works across a range of exciting projects from events to magazines and digital channels; ensuring all design and collateral complies with brand guidelines, reinforces brand messages and promotes and protects the NSW Ambulance brand.

Please note: This position is a job-sharing role for two (2) days per week for a period of up to twelve (12) months with possible extension.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering innovative engaging designs that achieve objectives, drive engagement and build brand awareness and reputation.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, the ability to monitor and measure performance of campaigns and other communications and to use this information to drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience working as a graphic designer on a range of projects preferably in a large, complex organisation and an understanding of the machinery of Government
