The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as an Administration Officer in the Outpatients Department! This part-time role offers the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of departmental operations while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare system.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to multiple specialty clinics and assist the community through frontline reception duties. It’s a fantastic opportunity to enhance your administrative skills, build hands-on experience, and develop a deeper understanding of healthcare administration.
Previous experience in administration and frontline reception is highly valued.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a keenness to absorb all facets of the role
- Proficiency in planning, prioritising, and organising tasks effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and stakeholders
- Prior experience in an outpatient department is valued
