Selection Criteria

  1. Well developed Human Resource knowledge and complex systems management experience
  2. Demonstrated developed interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice to managers.
  3. Demonstrated commitment to customer service principles and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Demonstrated ability to complete tasks to agreed timeframes in a demanding and complex environment.
  5. Demonstrated experience working with a variety of software and database systems.
  6. Ability to provide clear and concise advice and direction supporting customers relevant to policies and processes relating to the role
  7. Current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances.
