Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/ or demonstrated working experience in work health and safety.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing WHS policies, procedures and programs towards achievement of positive outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating WHS training programs
- Demonstrated experience in use of incident and claims data systems to develop WHS risk reduction strategies
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating change in a large work environment
- Demonstrated high level negotiation, mediation skills and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects in a high volume work area while managing competing priorities.
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment
