Selection Criteria 

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/ or demonstrated working experience in work health and safety.
  2. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing WHS policies, procedures and programs towards achievement of positive outcomes
  3. Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating WHS training programs
  4. Demonstrated experience in use of incident and claims data systems to develop WHS risk reduction strategies
  5. Demonstrated experience in facilitating change in a large work environment
  6. Demonstrated high level negotiation, mediation skills and communication skills
  7. Ability to manage projects in a high volume work area while managing competing priorities.
  8. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment
