What we're looking for
- Strong experience in planning, and managing critical, complex and/or large technical solutions in a large and complex service industry organisation.
- Extensive experience as a Technical Analyst working with Oracle Applications R12 or latest versions, including experience in implementation, upgrade and production support Environments. Functional knowledge of HR/Payroll or Finance and Procurement modules including Advanced Global Intercompany System, Multi Organization Access Control and/or Sub Ledger Accounting is required.
- Sound experience in the Oracle development tools: PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher and XML Bursting, Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), Application Development Framework (ADF) and/or JDeveloper with high level understanding of Oracle Applications Development Standards and Methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in or a working knowledge in two or more of the following modules: General Ledger, Sub Ledger Accounting, Payables, Fixed Assets, iProcurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Entry, Cash Management Receivables, Oracle Time and Labor, Employee Expenses,Oracle Projects, HR and Payroll.
- Demonstrated experience or high level working knowledge with XML Publisher and XML Bursting, Oracle Applications Framework, Self Service, Oracle SOA Suite, Application Development Framework (ADF) and/or Java or JDeveloper.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Superior analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
