If you're ready to bring compassion, efficiency, and excellence to every interaction—this is your opportunity to thrive.

Are You the Right Fit?
An ideal candidate would demonstrate:

  • Strong attention to detail with highly accurate data entry and ability to manage patient records and waitlist information

  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise tasks and problem-solve in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Sound understanding of medical terminology, patient administration systems and NSW Health waitlist policies

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

  1. Describe your experience working in a hospital frontline or healthcare setting? How have you used your communication skills and medical terminology knowledge to effectively support medical staff and ensure a high standard of patient-focused service?
