- Demonstrated experience in Stores operations in the food services industry, with knowledge of stores procedures, in a large complex facility
- Demonstrated experience in food preparation services and a knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
- Sound knowledge of policy and professional practices including understanding of Food Safety (HACCP), Occupational Health and Safety, manual handling principles and Infection Control guidelines within the health system,
- Good verbal and written communication skills including the ability to read and write, understand and carry out written instructions in English
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member, to work independently and hold commitment to the provision of high level quality and customer focused services
- Ability to analyse and develop solutions for day-to-day store issues / problems using problem solving techniques
- Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health and Safety and Manual Handling Principles
- Hold a current & valid Class 1 Drivers Licence and/or Forklift Licence
