- Eligible for or current registration as a medical practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or other recognised speciality as provided for in the Staff Specialist (State) Award.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and clinical experience in the management of patients with complex acute and chronic primary health issues.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. This includes demonstrated ability to build a strong and positive work culture within a team.
- Demonstrated high level written and oral communication skills including computer literacy and ability to use all standard applications required by NSW Ministry of Health.
