Selection Criteria:

1. Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships

2. Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail

3. Demonstrated understanding of services provided by hospital social work departments

4. Demonstrated understanding of issues associated with working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and Culturally and Linguistically diverse populations.

5. Proven ability to participate collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

6. Demonstrated practical knowledge of community organisations and welfare services.

7. Certificate in Welfare or relevant equivalent experience
