Selection Criteria
- Bachelor Degree in Social Work or equivalent and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Demonstrated ability and experience in the leadership, supervision and management of Social Workers.
- Extensive clinical experience in the provision of client / family centred Social Work services for children.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills, including computer skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork, and to collaboration with other services/organisations relevant to client care and service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, implement and evaluate local service delivery incorporating quality improvement processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to the implementation of clinical governance processes, continuous individual and team professional development and application of evidence based practice.
- Current unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 licence accepted).
