Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated ability to implement health education and training strategies and projects utilising a comprehensive understanding of NSW Ministry of Health systems and in depth knowledge of health education and training issues and priorities.
- Demonstrated previous management experience including expert skills in workplace coaching, mentoring and supervision.
- Superior skills in consultation, negotiation and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and harness opportunities for innovation and collaboration on education and training issues resulting in demonstrable outcomes.
- Extensive experience in writing well researched and high standard formal business documents such as briefs, reports and proposals.
- Excellent critical thinking and problems solving skills including the ability to develop timely and constructive education solutions.
- Demonstrated skill in building effective relationships across disciplines and at all management and staff levels.
