Selection Criteria
1. Experience and skills at a senior management level in effective use of communications and marketing strategies and social media.
2. Experience in managing high impact communications campaigns for a mass audience and evaluating results
3. High level conceptual and analytical skills and ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately.
4. Proven capacity to develop practical and innovative communications strategies, plans and materials.
5. High level experience in strategic policy development, implementation, evaluation and review.
6. High-level interpersonal skills and a consultative approach for gaining the commitment of a diverse range of stakeholders.
7. High-level oral and written communication and facilitation skills with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities, prepare advice within strict time frames and make sound judgments to solve problems in high pressure situations.
