  1. What matters when providing your Manager with advice? Please provide an example of when you have identified a problem and provided advice to your Manager to achieve an outcome.
  2. Give an example of a time when you have had to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines that are non-negotiable. What strategies did you employ to manage the situation? What was the outcome? What would you do differently?
