Join Murrumbidgee Local Health District as a Senior Clinical Physiotherapist (Level 3), where you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care across a range of clinical areas. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll apply advanced clinical reasoning to assess, treat and support patients, operating with a high degree of autonomy and professional independence. As the Senior Clinical Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for:
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centred physiotherapy services within your specialty area, using evidence-based practice and telehealth where appropriate, in line with MLHD models of care.
Lead and collaborate within the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes, coordinate care, and facilitate safe and timely discharge.
Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and support to Level 1/2 physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and students on placement.
Drive quality improvement by planning, implementing and evaluating service development initiatives, and contributing to research and professional networks.

A qualified physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration and demonstrated advanced clinical skills across a range of practice areas, including a willingness to utilise telehealth.
A confident leader who can supervise staff and students, make high-level clinical decisions, and advocate effectively for patients and the team.
An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with diverse stakeholders — from patients and carers to GPs, health professionals, and community organisations.
A flexible, organised professional with proven time management skills and a track record of contributing to quality improvement, research, or service development.
