Senior Evaluation Officer(Health Manager Level 3)-NSW Office of Preventive Health(Liverpool Hospital)-Perm F/T

Selection Criteria:

1. Demonstrated experience in the design and conduct of research and evaluation projects in a health-related field.
2. Demonstrated experience and sound skills in project management including managing external consultants.
3. Sound understanding of the concepts of the application of evidence-based practice in health promotion.
4. Demonstrated experience and skills in data analysis (either qualitative or quantitative), including capacity to synthesis across a range of data sources.
5. Demonstrated skills in using a range of research-related computer applications (such as Excel) and quantitative or qualitative data analysis packages (for example, SPSS and NVivo).
6. Sound written and verbal communication skills as evidenced by written reports or peer-reviewed publications, research proposals and presentations.
7. Strong organisational skills and the ability to successfully manage competing priorities and meet frequently changing deadlines.
8. Relevant post-graduate tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience.
