Senior Allied Health Mental Health Professional (OT/SW Level 3) - Mental Health Services (Liverpool Hospital) - Perm F/T

• Demonstrated experience providing advanced evidence based, strengths focused, recovery orientated assessment and treatment for consumers of the mental health service.
• Demonstrated commitment to the philosophy and practice of consumer’s families and natural supports participating within the treatment process, as appropriate and in accordance with the NSW Mental Health Act 2007.
• Demonstrated skills in leadership and clinical supervision, within a multi-disciplinary treatment setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health issues for older people
• Effective interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and personal resilience.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and competence in the use of information technology systems.
• Demonstrated leadership in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process.
• Ability to work independently and in consultation with the multidisciplinary team.
• Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
