  1. Experience in using and navigating all aspects of a Cerner eMR
  2. Experience in training and supporting users in using electronic documentation
  3. High level communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral), including demonstrated ability to negotiate with key stakeholders.
  4. Sound knowledge of NSW Health Policies, Guidelines and Standards to ensure requirements are reflected in clinical forms.
  5. High level organisational and time management skills
  6. Previous experience with clinical forms design and management in a large health service.
  7. Demonstrated extensive skill and experience in the use of Microsoft Word , Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  8. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with limited supervision to meet set deadlines
