Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated understanding of the GIPA Act, and with its processes.
  2. Experience in the coordination, assessment, and determination of GIPAA applications
  3. Demonstrated understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality.
  4. Demonstrated excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills based on a customer focused approach.
  5. High level of negotiation, analytical, organisational, and leadership skills.
  6. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and the members of the public while meeting deadlines with limited direction.
  7. Highly developed keyboard skills, proficient in programs such as Microsoft Office, in particular MS Word and Excel and with experience using the TRIM system.
  8. Demonstrated capacity to organise a high level workload with competing priorities in a professional manner.
