Radiation Therapist Level 2 - Orange Health Service

- Successful Completion of a degree in Medical Radiation Science or equivalent qualification recognized by Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy & Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills both spoken and written, able to relate with patients, visitors and the various staff groups within the hospital.
- Experience with high energy Linear Accelerators equipped with On - Board Imaging and experience with 3D Treatment Planning Systems interfacing with Radiation Therapy CT Scanners.
- Demonstrated ability to cope with dynamic and changing work practices including flexibility in work hours and location.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in small teams while also displaying self-motivation and initiative.
- Demonstrated ongoing professional development and knowledge of current trends and developments in Radiation Therapy techniques and technology.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence or equivalent to enable the provision of Radiation Therapy services in locations around the District.
