- Relevant certificate and/or a record of ongoing professional development aligned to Procurement and Logistics with a sound understanding of government regulations pertaining to purchasing activities
- Proven experience within a Purchasing or shared services department
- Proven ability to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature, prioritisation of daily work activities to ensure deadlines are met and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a demonstrated commitment to the provision of high level quality and customer focused services.
- Proven experience in using Microsoft Office packages & Oracle Financials.
