Provisional Fellow positions in Paediatric Intensive Care Medicine are available at The Children’s Hospital Westmead for up to 24 months commencing in the 2027 Clinical Year, from 01 February 2027.

Selection Criteria:
- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia in an appropriate registration category.
- Minimum 24 months experience in intensive care and 12 months of recent experience (in the past 2 years) in paediatric cardiac intensive care and success at the FCICM fellowship exam or equivalent.
- Minimum Postgraduate Year 6 (PGY6) with 12 months experience in paediatrics or medicine (other than ICU) at Registrar classification.
- Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with other health professionals.
- Ongoing commitment to further education and professional development and demonstrated ability to teach, with a willingness to participate in the teaching of Medical Students, Junior Medical Staff and other clinical staff.
- Understanding of research methodology or research experience and a willingness to undertake research proposal.
- Advanced Paediatric Life Support provider (Instructor preferable) or equivalent
