About the Opportunity
As a procurement-focused Project Manager within the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will play a key role in delivering strategic sourcing and commercial outcomes that support the rollout of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) across NSW Health.

You will work at the intersection of procurement, supplier management, and project delivery, ensuring sourcing activities and vendor performance align with organisational priorities and drive value across a complex healthcare environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end procurement and project delivery, from sourcing strategy and tendering through to contract execution and closure
  • Manage tender processes (RFP/RFT), negotiations, and ensure compliance with procurement governance and policy requirements
  • Drive supplier performance and contract management, ensuring delivery against cost, quality, and timeline expectations
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned to business and project outcomes
  • Provide commercial insights and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement

About You
You are a commercially minded professional with strong procurement expertise and the ability to deliver outcomes in complex environments.
You will bring:

  • Experience across the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, contracts, and supplier management
  • Proven track record delivering procurement-led projects, ideally in healthcare or large service environments
  • Strong knowledge of procurement governance and tendering processes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and commercial acumen
  • Project management capability (PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK or similar) with practical application in delivery environments

You will succeed in this role if you:

  • Thrive in dynamic environments where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Feel comfortable working in a lean team environment where flexibility and versatility are key.
