To be successful in this position, you will have the following experience, skills and personal attributes:

   

  • Experience using office software such as Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) at an ‘intermediate’ level.

  • Skills and experience in scheduling and preparing for meetings, updating risk and issues registers, and assisting in the resolution of project issues through appropriate channels.

  • Demonstrable people skills including effective interpersonal skills and writing skills in a professional environment.
  • Experience in implementing administration and project/operational delivery processes, procedures and instructions.
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, share knowledge and work co-operatively to achieve outcomes.
