Selection Criteria:
  1. Relevant qualifications in project and program management or demonstrated professional experience.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contemporary program management techniques, including the use of software to monitor and report on a portfolio of projects.
  3. Demonstrated skills in relationship management, influencing, negotiating and communicating, both oral and written, on complex issues.
  4. Demonstrated problem solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills.
  5. Superior verbal and written communication skills, including experience in the preparation of complex project documentation, briefing materials and reports.
  6. Demonstrated skills in managing significant complex projects concurrently, with varying timeframes and workloads in a high volume work environment and provide high level advice.
  7. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, and other key stakeholders.
