  1. Extensive experience and a record of achievement in leading the planning, designing and delivery of infrastructure optimisation initiatives/projects and activities across network, server and storage technology domains within an enterprise and complex shared services environment. This includes extensive experience in the design and optimisation of network infrastructure, LAN/WAN and new campus site architectures.
  2. Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience of contemporary frameworks and technologies including but not limited to, Cloud, LAN/WAN, Converged Infrastructure, Storage technologies, Hardware Load balancing, Security Technologies, Identity/Directory Services, Application Delivery, Virtualisation, Solarwinds, Splunk.
  3. Demonstrated experience in building strong stakeholder relationships to champion the delivery of Infrastructure optimisation solutions designs, change plans, designs, policies & processes.
  4. Demonstrated experience in contributing to organisational technology design standards (and their ongoing evolution) within a large and complex service environment.
  5. Well-developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  6. Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to achieve optimal business outcomes.
  7. Proven capacity to contribute to and promote strategic initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change and improve performance of ICT technologies and systems.
