- Extensive experience and a record of achievement in championing IT Capacity management within a large and complex environment, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes demonstrated experience supporting technology Infrastructure (Network\Server\Storage), where such infrastructure spans multi-tenant and site architectures within a federated environment.
- Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience of contemporary frameworks and technologies including but not limited to, Cloud, LAN/WAN, Converged Infrastructure, Storage technologies, Hardware Load balancing, Security Technologies, Identity/Directory Services, Application Delivery, Virtualisation, Solarwinds, Splunk.
- Demonstrated experience in building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver Capacity Management Plans, policies & processes.
- Extensive demonstrated experience and working knowledge of ITIL Service Design principles
- Well-developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
- Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Proven capacity to contribute to and promote strategic initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage complex ICT projects
