  1. Extensive experience and a record of achievement in championing IT Capacity management within a large and complex environment, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes demonstrated experience supporting technology Infrastructure (Network\Server\Storage), where such infrastructure spans multi-tenant and site architectures within a federated environment.
  2. Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience of contemporary frameworks and technologies including but not limited to, Cloud, LAN/WAN, Converged Infrastructure, Storage technologies, Hardware Load balancing, Security Technologies, Identity/Directory Services, Application Delivery, Virtualisation, Solarwinds, Splunk.
  3. Demonstrated experience in building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver Capacity Management Plans, policies & processes.
  4. Extensive demonstrated experience and working knowledge of ITIL Service Design principles
  5. Well-developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  6. Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to achieve optimal business outcomes.
  7. Proven capacity to contribute to and promote strategic initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage complex ICT projects
