This role is based at the Langston Centre two days a weeks and Sydney Sydney Eye Hospital three days a week.

South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) Pharmacy Services is dedicated to delivering high-quality pharmacy care to the community. With a focus on improving the health and well-being of residents in the region, we provide a wide range of professional services designed to meet the diverse needs of our patients.
Our experienced team of pharmacists are committed to supporting patients through services such as medication counselling, liaising with community pharmacies for continuation of care, Best Possible Medications Histories, Medication Reconciliation and Medicine Review, ensuring that every individual receives the highest level of care.
Pharmacy Services remain focused on offering reliable, accessible, and compassionate pharmacy services that promote the long-term well-being of all patients.
The role
To be an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team, assisting in the provision and further development of quality pharmacy services to assist patients and clients in their health and wellbeing needs. The role provides technical support to the Pharmacy Service in all areas of pharmacy practice, including drug distribution duties, hospital pharmacy production and dispensing activities.
