Selection Criteria:
- A Registered Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with no restriction on practice.
- Demonstrated high level skills as a pharmacist including good knowledge of therapeutics and clinical pharmacy.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the patient medication review process.
- Proven capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proven capacity to organise a complex work load.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills including sound computer skills.
- Ability to display judgement and demonstrate initiative and independence in problem solving.
- Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of continuous quality improvement.
