What you'll be doing
This dynamic role offers the opportunity to deliver specialised clinical trials pharmacy services while supporting broader rotational responsibilities across the department.
Coordinate and deliver pharmacy services for clinical trials and SAS medicines
Ensure compliance with GMP, TGA and protocol requirements
Manage inventory, dispensing, documentation and audit readiness
Support trial setup, monitoring and stakeholder engagement
Supervise, mentor and guide junior staff and contribute to quality programs

Essential Criteria:
Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g. Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy. Must satisfy Grade 2 classification as per NSW Health Employees Pharmacists Award.
Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated advanced communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult and liaise effectively with people at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated extensive experience in management of clinical trials or research preferably in a hospital setting.
Demonstrated excellent therapeutic knowledge and ability to exercise a high level of initiative in the application of pharmaceutical principles in clinical trials management.
Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage time to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to effect practice change.
Demonstrated skills and experience in managing a complex workload, problem solving and development and implementation of initiative.
Demonstrated advanced skills in information technology.
