Patient Transport Officer, Patient Flow Transport Unit

- Current Advanced First Aid Advanced Cardiopulmonary (HLTAID006) Advanced Resuscitation/CPR (HLTAID007) certificates or equivalent, as a minimum.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare concise, accurate, well-structured and easy to follow written material evidencing an understanding of health and medical terminology.
- Ability work both independently and collaborate effectively with others as a member of a team.
- Ability to accurately identify the ways in which Work Health and Safety legislation and policy applies to non-emergency patient transport.
- Ability to accurately plan and prioritise allocated responsibilities to effectively manage daily workloads and perform in high volume and pressured environments.
- Sound information and communication technology skills in the use of computer hardware and software programs for word processing, emails, documentation, internet access and telephone.
- Ability to work rotating shifts with flexible hours and complete occasional transport trips with overnight stays.
- Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to drive for work purposes, including occasional overnight stays.
