Selection Criteria
- Extensive experience in the use, development and improvement of a Patient Administration System.
- High level computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Broad understanding of the business processes of hospitals and community health services.
- Proven leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to analyse data and align procedures with policy to support efficient service delivery and high quality health information.
- Ability to liaise with a wide variety of clinicians and support staff at all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders such as technology vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise workload, and to set and meet deadlines.
- Current licence to drive in NSW and willingness to travel throughout the WNSWLHD and FWLHD, including occasional overnight stays.
