Selection Criteria 
  1. Extensive experience in the use, development and improvement of a Patient Administration System.
  2. High level computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Broad understanding of the business processes of hospitals and community health services.
  4. Proven leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Demonstrated capacity to analyse data and align procedures with policy to support efficient service delivery and high quality health information.
  6. Ability to liaise with a wide variety of clinicians and support staff at all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders such as technology vendors.
  7. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise workload, and to set and meet deadlines.
  8. Current licence to drive in NSW and willingness to travel throughout the WNSWLHD and FWLHD, including occasional overnight stays.
