Where you'll be working:
The Rankin Park Occupational Therapy team is an experienced and supportive rehabilitation team based in New Lambton, NSW. Working within Rankin Park Centre, you’ll join a service committed to evidence-based practice and achieving the best possible outcomes for patients through collaborative, person-centred care.

You’ll be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team with extensive experience managing complex rehabilitation presentations and supporting patients through every stage of their recovery journey.

About the role:
This position sits within the inpatient rehabilitation team, providing evidence-based care to adults across a diverse casemix including:

  • Aged care rehabilitation
  • Amputation
  • Neurological impairment
  • Debility


You’ll deliver both individual and group-based occupational therapy interventions while working closely within a strong multidisciplinary team environment. A key focus of the role is discharge planning and supporting patients to achieve safe, meaningful outcomes.

The casemix at Rankin Park Centre is often complex, making this an excellent opportunity to further develop advanced clinical reasoning, reflective practice, and rehabilitation skills.

The role reports to the Occupational Therapy Manager (Level 5), with structured supervision and mentoring provided by an experienced Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • Occupational Therapist with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA. Please upload a copy of your qualification/s with your CV.
