Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Current registration with AHPRA Division 1 Registered Nurse.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in cancer care or management or working towards attainment.
- Demonstrated skills in quality improvement/redesign projects and associated change management.
- Demonstrated sound financial skills with an ability y to interpret financial reports.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, manage and develop nursing and midwifery staff.
- Proven ability to assess nursing/midwifery utilisation and resource requirements within agreed targets.
- Demonstrated effected interpersonal and communication skills.
